The large LED display was designed, manufactured and installed by Retop. The display consisted of an outdoor 10mm pixel pitch measuring 275.56m2 (22.08m W x 12.48m H). An additional indoor 7.62mm pixel pitch LED display was located on the office building and measured 132.88m2. The project was on a tight schedule right from the start. Retop's engineers had 10 days to assemble the steel support frame, install the LED display panels, finish the wiring and make final adjustments. All the components had to withstand the unpredictable tropical weather in Hong Kong. The finished product had to satisfy strict inspection protocols.
The project was a huge success. Once again, Retop’s expertise in LED display technology and integrated system solutions was vital in completing this challenging project.
